on top of a drawing i have a film to show too!!! exciting!!! this is from the calarts 48 hour lockdown show we threw together. the word... "piranha". the films this year were awesome. my fellow peer cole sanchez is throwing the whole show on youtube. so look for it... or not.

elderly mermaids

so i decided to jump on the chades elderly mermaid challenge... i mean, when will i ever get the oportunity to draw elderly mermaids again???? never!! thats when!! either way i'm glad everyones doing these assignments and pushing each other to do better. i will hopefully do one more mermaid in illustrator if i have time, but don't hold me to it.

weekly character designs

This is something I did in my spring semester at calarts. I start out with a rough pencil sketch. I then take it to Adobe Illustrator and get the main shapes down. Then I take it to Photoshop and add the shading and background.
